How Coaching Works

Done individually or in groups, coaching supports you to access your own insights and answers and then guides you to make intentional and empowering choices towards authentic, successful and purposeful living.

Individual Coaching:

CEOs, Executives, Entrepreneurs

    We begin with an initial 60-minute consultation to:
  • Establish the specific outcomes you’d like to achieve
  • Identify your top priorities
  • Assess your current opportunities and challenges
  • Design effective, sustainable strategies to get you from point a to point b

    Subsequent 60-minute coaching sessions are structured to:
  • Support your process of learning, growth and achievement
  • Keep you focused, on track and moving forward

While the duration of the relationship is up to you, we strongly suggest you give the coaching relationship at least 3-months for sustainable change to ‘stick’.

Group Coaching:

Staff, Executive Teams, Workshops

Group coaching can be effectively used to assist a team with enhancing communication skills, creating a unified vision, goal-setting and increasing productivity.

    During the initial phone consultation we will:
  • Clarify the needs and challenges of your group
  • Design a specific agenda to address these needs

    Additional options:
  • Individual coaching for members within the team
  • Meeting / conference facilitation
  • Strategic planning with the leader/s of the team

The coaching relationship is based on a month-to-month retainer with fees based upon scope of work.
